MeraPaisa is a personal expense tracking tool. You manually enter your income, expenses, credit card usage, EMIs, and other financial data.
MeraPaisa is NOT a financial advisor, bank, payment processor, or investment platform.
We do not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or investment recommendations. All data you see is based on what you enter — we don't verify it.
You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
One Google account = one MeraPaisa account. Do not share your session or credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeraPaisa.
You own your data. Everything you enter belongs to you.
You can export your data as CSV at any time from Settings.
You can delete all your data permanently from Settings → Delete My Account.
We store your data on Supabase (AWS Singapore) with Row Level Security — only your authenticated session can access your records.
Use MeraPaisa for personal finance tracking only.
Do not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Do not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
MeraPaisa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (use the CSV export feature regularly).
MeraPaisa and its creators shall not be liable for any financial decisions you make based on data shown in the app.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which is ₹0 for the free tier).
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision.
We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
If we discontinue, we will provide at least 30 days for you to export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
